The Rev. Jeanette Salguero is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and serves as a pastor at Calvario City Church in Orlando, FL. Jeanette has provided consulting leadership for governmental agencies such as the Department of Health & Human Services, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services, organizations such the American Psychological Association, amongst other CBOs and FBOs – promoting national health and wellness initiatives that empower Hispanic communities, underserved and underrepresented constituencies.
Jeanette has helped gather Hispanic women around issues of maternal health and wellness for the first 1,000 days of childhood in Latin America. She is a sought-after public speaker and has published articles on multi-ethnic leadership, hunger advocacy, and urban religiosity. Jeanette is recognized for her work on multi-ethnic outreach and Hispanic women’s leadership empowerment.
Jeanette earned BA’s in both business administration and Spanish literature and her graduate work is in management and leadership from the City University of New York. Jeanette is a graduate of Duke University’s Faith & Leadership Program and resides in Orlando with her husband and two sons.
